1. Introduction

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using betting.bet and any related mobile sites, apps or services (together, the Service). The Service is operated by OMNIA NET LTD (we, us, our). Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. About the Service

betting.bet is an information and comparison website for sports betting, casino, bingo, poker and related gaming services. We publish reviews, odds, tips, predictions, offers and editorial content. We do not accept bets, run a bookmaker or operate a gambling platform. When you click through to a third party operator, you leave our Service and transact with that operator under their own terms.

3. Changes to these Terms

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that content on the Service and in marketing materials. We may remove user generated content at our discretion.

7. Reviews and ratings

Brand reviews, star ratings and comments reflect the opinions of users and our editorial team. We do not guarantee that any review is accurate, fair or representative. We reserve the right to edit, remove or decline to publish reviews that breach these Terms, contain promotional spam, or appear to be fake or coerced.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, software, databases and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Third party links and affiliate arrangements

The Service contains links to third party betting operators, casinos, bingo sites and other partners. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means we may receive commission if you sign up or deposit. This does not affect the price you pay. 10. Promotions, competitions and prize games

From time to time we run free to enter prize draws, competitions, prediction games, leaderboards and other promotions. Unless stated otherwise, the following rules apply:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Some promotions require site membership to track entries, scores or prizes.
  • Promotions may run indefinitely or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Betcoins, points, credits or any other virtual balances awarded on the Service have no cash value unless explicitly converted into a stated prize. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold.

We aim to keep odds, offers, prices and editorial content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error free. Odds and offers change frequently and may differ from those shown by the time you visit an operator. Always confirm details directly with the operator before placing a bet or making a deposit.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMNIA NET LTD and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes losses from betting decisions, reliance on tips or predictions, operator disputes, technical failures or third party links.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMNIA NET LTD and its team from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity and liability limits, will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Global market annex

betting.bet is published primarily for users in the United Kingdom. The following notes apply if you access the Service from other jurisdictions.

United Kingdom and Ireland

All gambling operators shown must hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission or the relevant Irish regulator. Users must be aged 18 or over. Please gamble responsibly.

European Union
