You should always compare prices if you're placing a particularly large bet, but from my experience BETMGM consistently holds its own against the leading UK bookmakers and fully deserves a near-maximum score.

The Game Tracker has several useful options, including in-play player stats, live text commentary and match statistics. It’s comprehensive, yet visually clear and easy to follow. Combined with live streaming, the Game Tracker is a great way to make more informed betting decisions.

Bet Builders are definitely a punters’ favourite, and BETMGM has improved its betting platform dramatically. The Bet Builder feature is now far more accessible and finely tuned. I’ve noticed many bookmakers adding markets to their Bet Builders that offer limited value. BETMGM keeps things focused by giving you the most popular and useful markets for building your bet. Building a bet is simple, while the bet slip is prominent and easy to use. With the recent platform update, BETMGM has clearly taken the time to ensure the Bet Builder is straightforward and functions effortlessly. I cannot praise it enough.

BETMGM has an impressive live streaming offering covering horse racing, football and a range of other sports. Horse racing coverage is particularly good, with selected UK and Irish races available to watch directly through the sportsbook. Live streaming is also a great feature for in-play betting. BETMGM streams matches from several football leagues, allowing you to watch the action unfold while having the live betting markets available at the same time. Combined with the fast-updating in-play odds and Game Tracker, it makes it much easier to follow a match and make more informed in-play betting decisions. The streaming itself is easy to access from the relevant event page and, importantly, you don’t need to place a bet to watch, you simply need to be logged into your BETMGM account. For racing bettors, having live streaming built directly into the sportsbook is a big plus. You can study the race, place your bet and then watch it without having to switch to another platform. Coverage naturally varies depending on broadcasting rights, so not every event will be available.
